Admissions.fr was penalized by a monolithic WordPress architecture unable to handle increasing traffic and modern SEO requirements. Excessively long load times, a rigid technical architecture, and second-page SEO positioning on strategic keywords were compromising the site's visibility and growth.
The mission was to design a deep architectural overhaul: decouple the CMS from the front-end via a headless approach, migrate to a high-performance Nuxt.js stack, and implement an ambitious SEO content strategy co-created with Eskimoz agency. All enriched with a HubSpot integration and a comprehensive marketing automation strategy.
As CTO and Project Director at 36 Pixels, I led the entire project over 12 months with a team of 6 people: architecture choices, development supervision, editorial SEO strategy (80+ pieces of content) and performance tracking through to the #1 ranking.
Definition of the product vision and 12-month roadmap. Writing the technical specifications, prioritizing workstreams and aligning with the client's business objectives.
Selection and design of the headless architecture: decoupling the WordPress CMS from the Nuxt.js front-end. Development supervision, API definition and continuous monitoring of technical performance and scalability.

Setting up the HubSpot integration, designing user journeys and a marketing automation and nurturing strategy to convert SEO traffic into qualified leads.
