Viltier wanted to launch its brand directly internationally, selling its luxury jewellery across multiple markets simultaneously. With no existing digital presence, everything had to be built: web visual identity, technical architecture, user experience and the ability to natively handle multiple currencies and delivery zones.
The mission was to support the brand from A to Z: creating the web visual identity, selecting and adapting WordPress as the technical solution, designing a multilingual and multi-currency e-commerce store, UX optimization for conversion in the luxury segment.
As CTO and Project Director at 36 Pixels, I led the entire project from initial design to launch and continuous optimization: technical architecture, UX/design, development, with a team of 4 people over 6 months.
Strategic support from the project's genesis: defining the digital positioning, selecting the technical solution (WordPress), building the roadmap and aligning with the brand's international ambitions.
With the Art Director, co-creation of the web visual identity adapted to luxury codes. Selection, adaptation and graphic customisation of WordPress templates to reflect the Viltier universe: typography, palette, product layout and premium purchase experience.
Design and development of the technical architecture: multilingual store to target multiple markets from launch, native multi-currency management, international delivery zones.
Co-design of the user experience adapted to the luxury jewellery segment: product navigation, brand storytelling, reassuring purchase funnel and continuous optimisation of friction points to maximize conversion on a high average basket.
Managing the 4-person team over 12 months, from launch to post-production optimisation. E-commerce KPI tracking, technical arbitrations and product iterations to support growth through to the first six-figure revenue.
A store launched in a competitive market that reached six-figure revenue in less than 3 years of operation.
